Welcome to Glacier View Meadows

Western living.
Rugged landscape.

Glacier View Meadows is a residential community near the Arapahoe National Forest in Larimer County, northwest of Fort Collins, Colorado. We share our world with all manner of Rocky Mountain wildlife — from open clearings with year-round wetlands and ancient aspen groves to seasonal streams in craggy canyons.

About the community

Fifty years on the mountain

Over our fifty-year history we’ve learned to balance our traditions with an openness to continued growth. Arriving here with us, you’re welcome to explore who we are, how we live with the natural world around us as invisibly as we can, and how we get along with each other.

Nearly 1,000 ownership parcels cover 5,000 acres of forest and mountain terrain between 7,000 and 9,000 feet, with blue skies more than 300 days a year. We value dark nights, quiet neighborhoods, and slow driving.
